power of attorney
my father died in 8/07, leaving my mother who has some memory lost. My brother who is a drug addict and convicted criminal trick my mother to give him poa and now is abusing the poa. there is a will, but he states he will sell all of the estate. Can I have him removed as POA?

You would want to consult an attorney who handles this type of proceeding. You will probably need to bring an action to attempt to remove him.

Yes you can. As your mother's agent. (A POA is a document) He owes her a fiduciary duty not to waste your mother's assets.
You will need to file suit in the county where the POA was filed.
