Re: Power of Attorney

I am not sure exactly what you are asking but I will try to answer! Let's say "A" appoints "B" as his power of attorney. If "A" dies first, it would depend on what the power of appointment document was set up for as to whether "B" continued to have the power. If "B" died first and there was no provision for an alternate, a Judge MAY have to appoint a new one.
