Probate in North Carolina

My father died and left the house to me along bonds and stocks for my grandchild. Can I sell the stocks and bonds to pay off debts?

This is an individually specific question that depends upon the will, the designations of the stocks and bonds, etc. You will need to consult with an estate administration attorney in the county where the estate will be administered.
