Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina
I purchased a used engine from a vendor who offered a 30 day part warranty. they said the engine was tested and in running condition. my mechanic install the engine and charged me his price. the engine would not run propertly. a new engine is been sent to replace the bad engine. can i force the vendor to help pay the mechanic for the second time putting the engine in.

Firs, this is not a probate question. Second, I do not know what the warranty says. Read the warranty. It may be limited to just parts, not labor.
