Can i remove money from my deceased brother's bank account

You do not provide enough infornation. If you had a debit card and knew the PIN number, I guess you can. Legally can you do it? Maybe or maybe not. Is your name on the account and are you a joint account holder? Or, have you been appointed by the court as the personal representative of his estate? All these questions need to be answered first.
