requesting information
how do you get a copy of your mother's Will that is being probated presently in the state of north carlonia. I have asked her attorney for copies and have not received
a reply ( 2 months ). Can I not request a copy of her will from the probate court rather than keep bugging the attorney and if so how can you do this ?

Contact the County Courthouse where the Will was filed and ask for a copy of the Will. Be ready to give them her name, date of death and case number. If you don't have the case number you may be able to research that at the courthouse or they may be able to help you. I am not sure of the procedure in any other state other then Florida. Good Luck.
