my rights
aunt died no will five siblings left my dad dead us seven kids gets his we live in wa state,uncle wont tell us anything about what is going on its been six months,aunt had two homes,what are my rights as heir,how can i find out how much bond my uncle had to put up. how long should this take thank you

It is unclear what State your aunt was a resident of when she died. It is unclear based on the information you provided if you are an heir (ahead of others who may have priority (direct descendants take priority over siblings, siblings take priority over cousins, first cousins take priority over second cousins, etc).
