How can a will be made self-proved at the time of the will's execution by the testator before attesting witnesses?

Everyone has to sign in front of a notary. The witnesses can sign at different times, but its a whole lot easier just to do a signing ceremony with the testator and witnesses present in front of a notary with the testator telling everyone that this is his will.
