Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina

I have a will that states "If my husband (his name) shall not survive ne, I bequeath and devise such property in equal shares in fee simple to such of my children as shall then be living and to such of my husband's children as shall then be living and to the living issue of such of my children or my husband's children as shall be dead with issue then living, such issue representing its parent"

So what is your question? No lawyer likes evaluating a sentence from a will. No one knows what assets you you have or what your goals are. Its obvious that you and your husband have a blended family in that you and/or he have children from prior relationships as well as possibly together. But no one knows what assets you have or what you are trying to accomplish in your will. Unless its a simple question, I would suggest having your will reviewed by a probate attorney and revised or a new will done if the old will does not meet your needs.
