When someone witnesses a will signing and signs as a witness, do they have to put their home address or can they list the business address of the firm where they are witnessing the Will to protect their personal identity information?

I don't believe that there is a requirement that a witness needs to list an address. You do however want to make sure that the will is self-proving or else the witnesses will need to be located when the Testator dies which will unnecessarily complicate things.
