Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

you been accident at work and you started received your benefice for 2 month , after last doctor appointment you been released from a doctor , and you going back to work , now my question what's next step you needed to do? ,can you file to NC agriculture insurance, if you do so, is possible to loose your job from your employer ? or been fire from your employer for claiming or settle your case to their insurance.

You have not provided enough information to answer the question. The insurance company may owe you some more money for permanent partial disability. There are several things that you may need to do. You should consult with a Board Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law there in your area, which I think is Cary or Raleigh. There are several expert work comp lawyers in your area such as James Lore, Kevin Bunn, Sam Scudder or George Lennon.
