Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
If an attorney rrepresents one in say workers comp when claim is filed with industrial commission,later on when the client files for and gets disiblilty only to find the representing attorney improperly worded the claim then which the client is penalized serveral thousand dollars over a period of seven years.Attorney then refiles proper wording to industrial commision,only for the federal government to refuse to accept rewording and continues to penalize client. Is attorney to be held accountable?
