Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

I am bidding on a ramp rental contract for a workers compensation claim. I've been told I can charge msrp less 45%. It cost about 100 per foot to build ramps. Does this mean I can charge 55 dollars a foot.I'm not sure how to word it. Thank you for your time!!!!!

The NC Industrial Commission has a "medical fee schedule" that may cover this. You can check this out on the NCIC's web site.
