Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
Dismissed from job
I was dismissed from a job after my manager found out that I was interviewing for a position with another company.
I have an excellent review 2 months ago. Is this legal if I was doing fine at my position

If that's the only reason that caused you to get fired, then yes, that is legal. There is a very limited set of circumstances under which it is illegal to fire an employee. Employers can fire people for a myriad of reasons, no explanation necessary.
