Re: been fired

Assuming you have a valid claim, and your employer had workers' compensation insurance on the date of your injury, you should be paid a wage loss benefit while out of work recovering from your injury. Medical bills generated by the work-related injury will also be paid. You need to get a Form 18 and Bulletin from the NC Industrial Commission. File the Form 18 ASAP and read the Bulletin. Call an experienced attorney to get more detailed advice. You can link to the NC Industrial Commission, as well as get other information, from our site at ncworkcomp.com.
