Need information regarding workman's comp claims

I would like to know if any workman's compensation claim has ever been filed under my name and/or social security number. Where do I go for this information?

You need to contact the North Carolina Industrial Commission in Raleigh, NC. You can go to the ncdisability.com "links" section and find the NCIC website address and other NCIC contact information. Good luck!
