I was injured at work and have been going to the doctor and receiving physical therapy. Should I be receiving weekly pay while con workers comp

Yes, you normally should be receiving weekly benefits from workers' compensation -

IF you are taken out of work by the doctor and IF your claim has been accepted by the workers comp insurance carrier. Be sure to file a Form 18 with the NC Industrial Commission to stop the statute of limitation from running. Check our web site for important information.
