if you get injuryed on the job an they keep puting you off want let you return to work can they be held responceable for repos an that type of thing an messing up my credit

No. If you have restrictions and they are not letting you come back to work, then you should be getting a workers' comp wage replacement check.

Sounds like you may need to start looking for a good lawyer to help you. There are not many in your part of the state. You may need to travel to Raleigh or Morehead City to get a top notch work comp lawyer. There is a guy in Southern Shores that is good too.
