Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

I tore my shoulder at work, filled out report and my employer told me not to tell and one this happened at work, have in writing that they would cover all cost involved

having surgery in two day and just was told they are turning into workers comp now and to not have anything done

injury happened 5 months ago and now this

what can I do and what are my legal rights?

How did you tear your shoulder? Might not be a claim unless there was an accident invovled.

File Form 18 with NC Industrial Commission.

Speak with a board certified specialst in workers' compensation ASAP!
