Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
i work as a delivery driver and told hr. that my shoulder has been sore all week and today it really hurts and i would like to see a doctor.she advised me to "see my own doctor and we'll take it from there.i asked how this would affect my wc. and she repeted her advice to see my own doctor.is this a good idea? it seems like she's trying to get me not to file with wc. thanks for your help.
