Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
I currently have a workers comp claim in nc.it is in the final stages and i am waiting on the acceptance papers to be signed by me taht i agree or disagree with the settlement.if i leave my current employer before everything is final,can my employer stop the proceedings.
