Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
Worker's Compensation
I am receiving benefits due to a work rekated injury but have now developed carpal tunnel syndrome as a result-what is my rights to receiving compensation for this?? I am wondering if this a a result of them taking 4 months to repair my injury.

Re: Worker's Compensation
I think it is covered as a natural and probable consequence of your initial injury. To prove it, you will need medical support. Suggest you speak with an experienced attorney in the field. At least review NCIC Bulletin and file Form 18. These can be located in our Resource Materials section at ncworkcomp.com.
