Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

Worker's Compensation

I am receiving benefits due to a work rekated injury but have now developed carpal tunnel syndrome as a result-what is my rights to receiving compensation for this?? I am wondering if this a a result of them taking 4 months to repair my injury.

I think it is covered as a natural and probable consequence of your initial injury. To prove it, you will need medical support. Suggest you speak with an experienced attorney in the field.
