How many times can I file workman's comp?

Re: workman's comp
There is no limit on the number of times you can file for different injuries/diseases. Multiple filings over the years can, however, be tracked by insurance companies through a shared software reporting program. So, I would expect them to review your claims more closely the more times you file for benefits.
Form more information, go to our links section of our website at ncworkcomp.com and click through to the NC Industrial Commission. Read the Bulletin pamphlet, and print and file a Form 18 for each injury (must be within two years of the date of injury). Call an experienced attorney in this field for more detailed advice. Most of us offer free initial consultations. Good luck!
