civil matter breach of contract
breach of contract regarding a loan for vehicle, he was to bring my car , title, and keys to my home, the guy lied about the orginial owner hvg titlte, delays, no pymts ever made to me..took him to small claims, now is over five yrs, has car in hiding, rfsd to tell me where car is, hv dcmts from dot for judge to sign, not sure how to file, car is stolen, wht abt judicial order in contempt ct order re: contract, what can I file? judge has him to pay, he is nt wrkg, I want my car, he will nvr pay he says, he put hs name on title w/o me knowing it, takes car hides it, spoke to det. says file, but he cant tell me what, its like buying a car, no pymts, car is repo'd, want to file a warrant, submit papers from vehicle dept to put my name on title, have ct order him to deleiver the car to me with an officer present. what motion do I file? I repeatly asked him for my car, sys that will never happen, he is forcing my hand, I told him I will take him to ct, says go right ahead. I know where he lives, with his girl friend, everything he has is in his girlfriends name, hides everything thru her, except title is in his name, I checked this out. Please help. Thank you!

Do you have a Judgment against this person? If so have the Sheriff levy on the Judgment.
