Legal Question in Bankruptcy in North Dakota
I filed BankruptcyChapter 7 in 2003
My debts were discharged in 2003 but I just got a letter in 10-8-08 that I have a judgement from 1996 that I was not aware of. Can I somehow find a way to add tis on my bankruptcy since I had no clue this was out there, and it is not listed on an credit report

The first thing you should do, is send this creditor a copy of the discharge order. Technically, you should reopen the case and add the creditor (which costs money to do), but current case law effectively discharges such debt even if it wasn't listed in no asset chapter 7 cases, so try just letting the creditor know first. If that doesn't work, consult a local bankruptcy attorney.
