2 partners own a business and can't get along and one is willing to get out but wants $7-10000 to go away. The business is not making much and has a $75000 credit line used at the bank. She also wants to keep the company computer, is any of this feasable?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. It sound's like the partnership is not working out. Do you have a written partnership agreement? Even if you don't, there are various default consequences for dissolving a partnership equitably in the event the partners cannot come to agreement. Take your partnership agreement (or a summary of all that's happened) to a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
