Charitable donations
It is illeagal to promise and advertise, a percentage of daily sales donation to a to a Non-Profit organization as an attempt to increase sales, and then not follow through with the contribution?

Inducing a customer to purchase with a promise of donation to a nonprofit then not donating can be considered to be a form of fraud or fraudulent inducement.
