I was suppose to sell a Atv to a guy on ebay. I said i might ship with prior arrangements.he did not make them just bid and won. I did not take any money or sell it to him. I ended up selling it to the high bidder before him because he was going to pick it up. So all i did was not sell to him. he thinks he sould take me to court and have me find him another. I am in nd he is in Cal. Thanks Adam

It depends on how you worded your offer. By putting it on eBay it would seem that the highest bidder would be entitled to what they won, and he might have a cause of action against you.
