i need to file a lawsuit in nd and all of the attorneys arent taking on clients what paper work do i need to file to complete this task pro se it is a breach of contract lawsuit

Attorneys probably aren't taking your case because they believe it doesn't have merit or it is not worth enough money. If you want to pursue the case pro se, and the amount is under $10,000, you go to your local courthouse and ask for a small claims court package.
