Legal Question in Business Law in North Dakota
not recieving pay
my last two paycheck from my place of employment came back non sufficient funds. my boss said they will take care of it, and they will, but this has happened before. I'm tired of it. what can I do? are they breaking the law?

How much were total of checks?
Is employer going under?
Their actions are a breach of contract and may allow for statutory costs to be added plus interest. Call or e-mail me for more info.
