Legal Question in Business Law in North Dakota

I work out the state north Dakota. My boss is demanding we work sundays. He says if we don't volunteer we will be forced to do so. Can he do that?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Any employer has to pay minimum wage for all hours worked, plus overtime, if applicable. Report what is going on to your local Employment Development or Labor department. They will investigate and take corrective action, as appropriate. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
