Legal Question in Technology Law in North Dakota

Is it legal to purchase software (i.e. adobe photoshop cs4 ((link = http://www.dhgate.com/50pcs-lot-adobe-photoshop-cs4-extended-in/p-ff808081236037230123606d54283ffe.html)) )? And THEN re sell it on ebay for a profit upon receiving it. it looks like authentic software, and I hear it installs and registers fine. However the price seems to good to be true. Could you get in trouble for reselling it on ebay?

I don't understand what you are intending to resell. But generally if you purchase legitimate software you can resell. Becareful of counterfeit software. That would be a problem.
