Building a new home
We had a new home built from a contractor. We did not get any written estemates on the cost of information, just took his word, my house is not square, the shingles are put on wrong and today at only 3 months old shingles are blowing off, what can we do?

On the face of it, you would seem to have a claim against the builder under a variety of legal theories. In Indiana, homeowners are given considerable rights under both the Notice and Opportunity to Repair Act and the Home Improvement Act.
