Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Dakota
My 13 year old son bought a paint ball gun through the internet from a business in CA with his debit card. We live in ND. Is it legal to sell to a minor over the internet? I asked the company he bought it from and they informed me it was legal.

Legal or illegal, not much you can do now. I know of no law that would prevent this.
