Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Dakota
legal advice for new dirt bike
I bought a brand new never owned 2005 honda crf 250x dirt bike 9 june 2006 and rode it for about 8 hours and the side of the engine case cracked 27 june 2006. Honda corp. and the dealership said that they are not liable. My question is legally are they and what can i do about it? Thank you for your time
