Purchased Time Share Week at Benefit - Owner Plans to Share Now
We purchased a one time -time share week at a benefit for a friend's grandson. The owner of the time share has now decided to go and has invited another couple & his married sons. They are reluctant to give us the information because they are working on their plans. There was no mention of sharing the time share at the auction. Did he not relinquish the time share when he donated it? Is there anything we can do?
Thanks Nancy

Re: Purchased Time Share Week at Benefit - Owner Plans to Share Now
If your understanding was full "ownership" of the week in exchange for payment at the benefit, they have no right to access.
Either you or the charitable cause {organizer or the fundraiser} needs to do a Cease & Desist letter, preferably with help from legal counsel.
Call or e-mail for further assistance.
