Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Dakota

Company Credit Card Debt

I was an employee for a company from 1999 to 2002. I have recently been contacted by a collection company stating that a business credit card taken out in my name by the company for company purchases has an outstanding balance and want their money. Am I liable for the balance?

Depending on balance it might be worth it to get your atty involved. At a Minimum the company should get a Demand Letter from your atty.
