Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota

Is it possible to get 2 class A misdemeanors removed or expunged from my record. I was original charged with Class A misdemeanor for drug para and Class C felony simple possesion of Colazapamn. I have completed drug court which is a rehabilitation program in order to lower the class C felony to a class A misdemeanor by disposition. The charges were in Fargo North Dakota in Cass County. It was my first offense on my record and I would like to be able to teach one day.

Thank you,

Removing something from your record is basically impossible in ND. If clients ask me to take this kind of case, I usually say no, because there is nothing I can do. There are some exceptions, but few. I would be happy to discuss this on phone conference, next week. I am headed to court in Valley City today.
