Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota

I was arrested in June 09 for possession of marijuana paraphenilia. I was given a year of unsupervised probation and a $300 fine. I paid my fine but got arrested again in November for marijuana paraphenilia. I went to court and was given another $300 fine and a year of unsupervised probation. In February I was arrested for shoplifting and was giving a $250 fine no probation. I got a letter in the mail saying I need to appear in court in regards to my first paraphenilia charge and how I messed up on unsupervised probation, and if I dont appear they will issue a warrant for my arrest. My question is can they bring me to court after I have already been to court and make me go through all of this again?
