Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
i borrowed money from a freind and gave him the signed title of my brothers motorcycle.my brother wants his bike back but the other guy said that he titled it in his name in north dakota.can he legally title it in his name?can my brother go get his bike back?he never got any money for the bike.i"m the one that borrowed from him.

Not without a lawsuit. Your brother would have to sue you and the guy with the bike.
