I think you are referencing a city ordinance 25-1513? I believe you are referring to an open container citation. It is a B-Misdemeanor. Carries a maximum penalty of 30 day in Jail and a $1000 fine. But as long as you don't have a record you probably only face a small fine. Maybe $100.
