Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
criminal matter
i was fired from my job, from a bad inventory which led to an investigation where they found , an employee who they say was involved in employee fraud they said, saw the customer leavin the store with the merchandise but, employee rang it up and cancelled the sale, so they are saying the employee kept the money, but no money was seen put in the pocket, they say they can still charge the person, do they have a case

I am not sure what your question really involves. It sounds like the employee and the customer had an agreement to rip off the store. If the employee and the customer worked in conjunction to steal merchandise, then yes, the employee can be charged.
