Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota

I went out drinking with two females Ashley and Stacey. Ashely is my personal friend and Stacey is just the friend of Ashley who wanted to come along. After talking and drinking with Stacey we decided to talk more after Ashley was dropped off given the fact me and Ashley were in a relationship" and Stacey and Ashley are friends. Stacey was dropped off first then Ashley so it wouldn't be obvious we had plans on talking more. We all were pretty intoxicated but I went back to Stacey house and she was on the floor smiling so I helped her up to her room then went to go find water so we can sober up. When I returned Stacey was taking her pants off and immediately her panties after that. I pulled her panties up and asked her if she was sure she wanted to have sex, because we were pretty drunk, at that time she pulled her panties back down grab my hand and said come on. She then laid on her stomach and raised her backside up and we proceeded to have sex. Once we were finished she told me to keep this between the two of us. The next day she went to Ashley and told her I raped her and she don't remember what happened. Then called me and said she didn't want me to come over that night and she had a boyfriend, which she never mentioned before, and she is not that type of girl and told me not to tell anybody because she didn't want anybody to find out what happened. A day later she went to officials saying I raped her! I'm in the military and the civil authorities are taking the case so I can't recieve free legal cousel from military lawyers. What should I do, I can't afford over 2 thousand for an attorney and the Police Department wants me to meet Monday for questioning?

Get a lawyer right away. If you can't afford to hire one, contact your local public defender to find out what you need to do to get their services. Don't delay, and don't talk to the police without a lawyer. If they insist, tell them you won't answer questions without your lawyer present.
