Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
I gave a friend my bank card to take 80 out to fill a prescription she ended up in jail for fake prescription and then after she went back to atm took out 100, 500, and another 100 what can I do? can I press charges or will i get in troble for giving my card for meds
