I have an "inactive" felony on my record, can i have this removed?

Inactive means that you have an arrest warrant due to a pending criminal case. It's been placed on hold until you are arrested. You can clear this up in two ways. 1) Turn yourself in and bond out. Most likely you'll have to turn yourself in early in the morning and request a bond hearing for the same day. If it is set reasonably enough, you can probably process out the same day. 2) Hire an attorney and settle the case. If the ultimate outcome is a misdemeanor (not a felony), you may be able to resolve the case entirely on paper and never turn yourself in.
