Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
my probation is being revoked and lookin at 23 months is there any alternative than doin jail time (class c felony 2nd revocation)

Usually in ND a 2nd or even a 1st revocation on a C Felony results in a prison sentence. Depending on what your original crime was, you may be eligible for drug treatment. Many times this drug treatment is delivered through the prison, however other treatment may be an alternative.
