Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
I need my property back
I was living with my (now ex) girlfriend in North Dakota when we broke up. I moved back to Wisconsin. We agreed that I would leave some of my stuff there and that I would pick it up at a later date. Since that time, we have stopped speaking and she is ignoring my attempts to retrieve my property. Is there any way I can get my stuff back by calling the police?

Server her with a a small claims court action. You will need to pick it up at the Courthouse in North Dakota.
