Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
Get rid of felony conviction.
My son was convicted of a felony when he was 18 years old for theft. He is 25 now & has been clean for years. Is there any way to get the felony removed from his record? He has held the same job for 4 years, but still has a hard time getting his name on a lease to rent an apartment, because of the felony on his record.
