Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota
theft of property. 5 guns
My boyfriend had a job working with tractor
parts and he needed money so he stole 5 guns
from his boss. One of which was very rare and
the others just normal shotguns. He sold them
to one of his friends and the police traced the
guns back to him. he is hoping to get a lawyer
for $2500. What might be the possible outcome
of this?

You have asked a lot of questions. Is he charged? Is he charged by the federal government? Is he charged by the state?
