Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Dakota

I was walking home from a friends house, when I was stopped by a police officer who said I was "stumbling a little bit". He proceeded to give me an eye test, which he said I had failed. He then asked me to take a breathalyzer and I replied "Nah man, I just wanna go home and go to bed." It was about 3:30 AM. He put me in the car and wrote me a citation, then brought me home. What are the chances of this charge being dropped? (I have had MANY MICs in the past) I am 19, I turn 20 this month. This happened in Fargo, ND.
